dazzle 'n' sparkle

The Sephora Sales are most awaited ones (by me and all the beauty lovers). Sephora has these sales twice a year and they. One during the Spring and another one during the Holidays. Sephora carries many high end luxury brands and these brands hardly ever go on sale. A great time to stock up on essentials and fragrances. I am a hardcore skincare junkie and I love trying new skincare products. So, I always end up using my 'Beauty Budget' on skincare. This time around I decided not to include even a single skincare product on to my list and add only makeup goodies. 

 There are tons of amazing brands and products to choose from. I had a hard time narrowing down my wishlist.

Hourglass, Marc Jacobs, Dior, YSL are some of my favorite luxury brands. Luxury comes with a hefty price tag. These sales help buffer the dent in wallet. I had so many lipsticks that were not getting enough love, that in an effort to use them up, I went on a 'no lipstick' buy. I did added few drugstore lip products here and there, but nothing too expensive from Sephora. I decided to add on a few lip colors to my lipstick drawer. 

Highlighters and Illuminators are still going strong, with brands releasing practically new palette everyday. I know I am done with the whole highlighter craze, but I couldn't resist the beautiful Marc Jacobs packaging of this new highlighter. Also, I am hunting for a good, creamy highlighter and though not a new product, this Marc Jacobs one caught my eye and is in my Sephora Shopping cart as I type this.

I love primers. Especially the hydrating ones. I have been using the tiny size of this Hourglass one. It is a serum and a primer all rolled in one. More like a skincare. I knew it is time for a full size one. Also, this Marc Jacobs primer is more like a light weight moisturizer. I was just waiting for my Too Faced Coconut Primer to get over before buying another Coconut scented product. This blurring primer from YSL has always been on my list. This spring it is coming home. 

As always, I cannot say NO to a good deal and a good makeup kit. Lip sets are a great way to try multiple colors from a brand. I love the free bag that comes with this set here. I have only one Nudestix product and I am in love with it. Such a multi-purpose, easy to travel product it is. I am eyeing this kit from the same brand.

I am trying very hard to stick to this list, though my heart badly craving to buy few skincare products, especially this moisturizer and this face mask.
