I got this stuff in a Holiday set by L'Occitane. It was on sale at my Sephora, though most of the other stores had it for full price. The set was a killer deal and not to mention I got so many good products to try. It is worth saving up for the holidays and buying these sets if you wish to try out a new brand and new products, especially the skincare lines.

This came in a tiny tin, which has the cutest packaging and cutest label. I just love the old style of packaging for some products.

Color: White

Consistency: Solid

Texture: Thick, Super thick balm

Fragrance: None

Application: I like to apply it on very thick and most dry areas of body, like Elbows, Knees and Heels. There is a reason to it and I will come to that very soon.  The product gets very thick and solid in winters and it becomes very difficult to get the product out and spread it. The heat of fingers are not enough to melt it.

Effect and Feel on Skin: The heat of the fingers does not melts the product like oil, so whatever I get on my fingers leaves a thin coat on the dry area where I apply it. I use it as spot treatment on dry areas and it moisturizes it, by leaving a protective covering, film like thing, which is non greasy, non sticky.

Verdict: Not a greasy product at all. I think because it does not spreads easily, it is meant to be used as spot treatment. I won't be using it on complete hand and feet (for above reason), though I would love to, because it actually works.

Didn't enjoy it on my lips at all, because it felt too heavy. Not Greasy, but heavy! Elbows and Heels were my favorite spots to use this.

This did work fantastic for my son though, who has very very dry skin. His ever dry, rough knees were thankful and the moiturised effect lasted pretty long time. I tried L'Occitane Body Lotion for my kid and that worked as well!

Nice product to have if you have dry skin and it is 100% organic too!

I am sound a bit Obsessed with using all these oils and balms and creams for hand, neck and feet, but believe me concealers and foundation can hide fine lines and wrinkles on face, but nothing can hide the aging on neck, hand and feet. It is worth the effort if one wishes to age beautifully.
