New in Beauty/Skincare

Barely a week into New Year and this is my third post for New in Beauty/Skincare. So many new launches, so many exciting products.

Most of these are already released and the Beauty community is enjoying reviewing them. I wish I had a pot of gold that I would use to buy these lovely stuff and put them to test. But, then I have no pot of Gold, so I will take my time to figure out what I need, what would work for me and then drop in my hard earned moolah to pick a few and share my thoughts.

A bunch of interesting skincare products I saw online.

Bare Minerals came out with a bunch of new skin care products for different types of skin. There is this PURIFY. EMPOWER. MOISTURIZE.starter set that is for normal to dry skin and it contains 3 new products.

1.7 oz PURE PLUSH™ Gentle Deep Cleansing Foam
1.7 oz SKINLONGEVITY™ Vital Power Infusion
1 oz BARE HAVEN™ Essential Moisturizing Soft Cream

There is one more set that is targeted towards combination skin. The products look good and are not insanely expensive.

Laura Mercier has a bunch of new products too. They are not like super new releases. I have seen the oils before, but I never seen this Laura Mercier 'Infusion de Rose' Nourishing Lip Balm.

If firming, tightening, plump (with regards to skin) is your thing, this new Dr. Brandt Needles No More® 3-D Filler Mask is worth giving a try. I think I can still survive without this for few more years.

A fine mist that minimizes pores, gently mattifies, and sets makeup while keeping skin hydrated. So it claims to mattify and hydrate at the same time. Now. that is nice!

Guerlain 'Perfecting Météorites' Primer.
Insanely expensive product by Guerlain. But then it is a luxury brand and when did it make anything cheap. Just the description and look of the product wants me to make it my vanity decor.

The packaging is so cute on this one. It has a lip scrub on one side of the pot and a lip balm on the other. There are multiple shades for the lip balm. It is a nice concept (in terms of packaging). Clinique makes some affordable good stuff.

This brand has some really good stuff that actually performs, while some are just OK. The brand has come with a new serum. There are very few brands that have serum at the price this brand is offering. If it performs good, that would be just awesome!

I have more misses than hits with this brand. I have tried 5-6 products from the brand and so far only one has impressed me good. So at a steep price of $98, I would prefer using few samples first.

I have used every single face mask from this brand. I am such a maskoholic (if that is a word, which I know is not) This is a new mask, or maybe it has been around and I don't know. In any case I saw it on Sephora and it said NEW.

In the makeup and beauty world, it is raining palettes. Holiday season had so many lovely palettes and now some more to add.

NARS NARSissist Cheek Studio Palette is so similar in layout to the NARS Steven Klein Blush Palette. I think the first 3 products, the contour, highlight and bronzer are similar in both palettes.

12 shades of eye shadows in multiple finish. A big mirror too. I saw the swatches online and I love that Blue color.

The brand makes some of the best eye shadows and if you love colors on eyes, you might want to check this one out.

Urban Decay GWEN STEFANI Blush Palette is a gorgeous one. I didn't see in person, but the swatches that I saw in Instagram were lovely. The packaging looks super chic.

Urban Decay GWEN STEFANI Lipsticks are new releases as well along with lip liners and a brow product.

A new concealer with newer technology. With Make up for ever, I am sure there will be one perfect match for everyone. Urban decay, Make up for ever, Bobbi Brown, NARS and MAC they make colors for everyone and that is just wonderful.

This is a product I am most excited about personally. I love their powders and with the names that I saw on the website, I think two of these have been already released in two different palettes last year.

And then we have this!

There are two palettes and each one has 4 shades.

Gleam (Hard Candy, Mimosa, Starburst, Crushed Pearl)
That Glow (Sunburst, Golden Bronze, Bubbly, Dripping in Cold)

Any of these things that catch your attention? Any of these things on list? Obviously, I am not going to buy everything, but few stuff do look cool.
